WOBBLER

Problem

Using the practical application of Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing build and evaluate a pneumatic engine, “Wobbler”.

Process

1) Developed GCode program.

2) Fabricated a part on a computer numerical controlled milling machine.

3) Build the wobbler through machine tools such as: drill press, engine lathe, and vertical milling machine.

Solution

Development of a fully functioning machined pneumatic engine, “Wobbler”, based on the specifications provided.

5th highest RPM in the manufacturing Processes course.
